| Customer Reviews: If you HATE that squeaky floor BUY IT! Highly recommended! August 7, 2009 Manuel A. De Cueva (Washington DC) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Before I bought this product I was watching the YOUTUBE video and couldn't believe it. I live in a condo building & thank god I fixed that squeaky floor in my condo and my neighbor's condo.
The only tricky part is to find the center of the joist but once you find it is a piece of cake.
I think it work best on carpet floors as you can't see where you drilled but it also works fine on hardwood or ceramic floors with the difference that you will need to fill the hole with wood filler or some other product.
If you really wanna live in peace and stop that annoying floor squeak get it now!
Best Home Improv item EVER!!! April 30, 2009 Louis Farin (poughquag, NY United States) This product is for your old house with squeaky floors
or that new construction house built by sloppy builders.
No damage to your rugs and always works.
I have passed it along to neighbors and they can't believe
the results. Great product
Received item quickly. Good seller. January 31, 2008 Gr Haynes 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Product does work well IF you use it properly. (It worked for us at a previous house; we will see if it works for us in our new house.) You have to position the screws in the proper location and it does take some trial and error.
As seen on "This Old House" May 13, 2007 Daniel Davis (Placentia, CA USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Very effectively stopped squeaky floors caused by floorboards squeaking on loose nails.
So far have used only on carpeted floors, but see no reason it shouldn't work as well on bare floors if you fill the tiny hole.
